If you want to apply to become a member you must be:
able to check and respond to emails at least, once a week.
able to spend at least, 4 hours a week volunteering for YouAct.
age 18-26 (age range of members is 18-28).
from a country of the Member's state of the Council of Europe and Belarus.
able to speak and write English fluently.
actively working in the field and affiliated with/or have been affiliated with one or more of the following;
